The simplicity of Power Stow Rollertrack Conveyor as an integrated part of an existing belt conveyor ensures operational stability and reliability

The Power Stow Rollertrack Conveyor is based on the concept of double conical rollers that expose a concave roller surface to guide passenger baggage of all shapes, sizes and weights reliably between the cargo hold and the mobile belt conveyor on the ramp.

Power Stow Rollertrack Conveyor solves the basic problem of guiding baggage round a
90-degree corner and straight on to stacking in the hold or from the hold through the cargo hatch on the belt conveyor on the ramp. The conical roller design means that the speed on the edges of the rollers is higher than in the middle, and that baggage rounding a corner will automatically be guided back towards the centre of the rollers.

  • The conical roller system guides passenger baggage quickly and reliably round sharp corners and down the straight for stacking in the hold or to the belt conveyor.
  • Another patented principle is the outer elastic connection between the rollers that prevents baggage straps etc. from becoming entangled in the rollers.
  • Power Stow Rollertrack Conveyor features an automatic counter to keep tabs on the number of items loaded.
  • Extension and retraction of the rollers is so simple that it takes just half-an-hour to train new personnel. Simple operation and complete flexibility means more time for productive work, less stress, less strain and fewer errors.
  • The few wear parts are easy to access and replace, requiring no special training.
  • Most parts are standard, making spares easily available from local suppliers.
